Full Description:
The American Cancer Society is looking for volunteers to assist with the start up of Relay For Life in the Pinecastle/Edgewood area. Relay For Life is the signature fundraising event for the American Cancer Society, and takes place in local communities around the country. This is a fun-filled team event for all ages that honors cancer survivors and raises money for cancer research, education, advocacy and services. In 2003 there were 9 Relay For Life events in Orange, Osceola and Seminole counties and the American Cancer Society is adding the event to the Pinecastle/Edgewood area in 2004.
